Invoice Specialist (Stefanestii de Jos)

What you’ll do:

• Process and verify invoices in accordance with contracts, procedures, and legal requirements;
• Ensure timely data entry and accurate invoice records in internal systems;
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or missing documentation;
• Support monthly reporting and reconciliation processes.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in invoicing, billing, or finance support roles;
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and good organizational skills;
• Experience with Excel; knowledge of SAP or similar ERP is an advantage;
• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
